I Am you host, Samuel. If you are here, I bet it's not a random visit, and maybe we have things in common. So please take a seat and let's chat a little. I'm one of the few lucky people who have the chance to give themselve up to their passion as a job.
For my employer, as a lead developer, my function is to bridge the gap between the product managers and the developers. To make sure that the business needs are expressed in a way that's implementable on time and on budget. To make sure that at some point all this different people with their history, their goals, their different motivations understand each other to some extent and work efficiently together.
As a technology junkie, I can't help experimenting on most recent stuff, reinventing the wheel to try different shapes, etc... It's not always working, but it's always rewarding.
Otherwise, I like to share my impressions and my findings on this part of my house that is open to you, visitor. So maybe now we can get to know each other better. Why not checking out my articles or having a look at my tiny projects.
What will you find here:
If you decide to follow me, you will be fed with a healthy mix of geeky stuff: tutorials, performance tips, iconoclastic ideas, best practice sermons, crazy experiences, not-with-a-computer hacking tips, pledges for lost causes, coding puzzles, and even sometimes bad mistakes to learn from if you are nice. Followers will be fed on a "random frequency basis" (I have a family and my employer is also quite demanding ;=).
